A good Hellas beated 2-0 Reggina at home and gain the first win of the season in the 2012/13 season.
The gialloblu started immediately with a high determination and they found the goal after 9 minutes with Simon Laner, assisted by Rivas, who took advantage of an incredible error by the amaranto goalkeeper Baiocco. The first half continued in a high intensity but there weren't great chances to score.

In the second half Cacia had two clear chances to make it 2-0 but after few minutes he gained a penalty that Gomez converted. After the second goal there weren't great chances and the gialloblu easily controlled the game.

'9: GOOOAAAL! Great run by Martinho who finds Cacia: he goes past Baiocco but his shot is clear off the line by Di Bari, the ball retured to the goalkeeper that didn't notice the arrival of Rivas who serves Laner as he nets home;

'51: GOOOAAAL! Gomez scores his second personal goal of the season by beating Baiocco: 2-0 Hellas;
'63: corner kick for Hellas: Cacia tries the spectacular with no luck;
'78: another cross by Cacciatore from the right, Grossi turns beautifully but Baiocco makes a great save;
'79: Di Bari shoots, the ball goes out on Rafael's left post;
'90: Ceravolo tries to open the game but his shot is far;
